Returns and exchange details
Unless extra insurance is requested/purchased by buyer, seller is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss in the mail. We carefully pack our item but occasionally an item will get damaged in the mail. We ship all orders insured by USPS. Buyer will need to process shipping damage claim for refund due to USPS policy. It takes a few days to process an order from purchase date. If you need your item shipped more quickly please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate if we can. Some countries outside of the USA charge taxes or duties on incoming packages. There is no way for me to pre-pay those fees, you as a customer are responsible for being aware of and paying those when the package arrives in your country.
